Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, reach out to your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have 72 hours upon arrival to contact us regarding the issue. You can reach us at Sales@Pabytech.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
